What you can do

Piano and organ
Switch between a sampled grand piano and synthesized organ. Adjust volume, tone and room effect.
Keyboard and touch
Play with computer keys, mouse or touch. Change octave and transpose, and use sustain. Touch users can scroll the keyboard to reach more notes.
Practice tools
Set the metronome from 30 to 240 BPM with beat and subdivision options. See sounding notes and practical chord labels.
Record and export
Capture takes up to 90 seconds, use count-in or looped playback, and export MIDI or stereo 44.1 kHz / 16-bit PCM WAV. The metronome is not included in exports.

Get started

  1. Open KEYS and select Enable audio. Use an English keyboard input source for the displayed key bindings.
  2. Choose piano or organ, set a comfortable level and play with the on-screen keyboard or computer keys.
  3. Open the recorder, capture a short take, then export MIDI or WAV to keep it.

Before you start

A new completed take replaces the previous take. Export files to keep multiple ideas. Computer keyboards do not measure playing velocity and may limit simultaneous keys. MIDI controller input is not implemented. Chord labels cover common exact note combinations, not complete harmonic analysis.
